I'm so honest :p

The story starts from the day when I applied for the Ucard in the uni which costs me $69 for 1 year membership but then we find it no benefit for us as it seems more emphasizing on the Bar On The Hill. In a week time we went to refund for it. I received a refund of $69 CASH on spot. *so nice yea? :D*

Few days later.. I received this.

A $69 CHEQUE PAYABLE TO JOE-LENE CH'NG!!!!!!!!
