Here's the recipe for those who are interested to make yourself a nice meal :) *For 1 serving*
Ingredients:
1 egg, 400g white rice, 3 pcs prawn. 30g squid, 30gs fish fillet, 20g onion, 4pcs straw mushroom, 20g red chili, 200ml chicken stock
Seasoning:
1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp chicken stock granule, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, dash of pepper
Method for fried rice:
Fry rie with beaten egg, season with 1/2 tsp chicken stock granule, set aside.
Methos:
1. Blanch shelled prawns, squid and fish fillet in boiling water.
2. Sauté onion, straw mushroom and chili until fragrant.
3. Add in stock, seafood and seasoning.
4. Thicken slightly with starch.
5. Pour the dish on top of fried rice sprinkle mazorella cheese on the surface and then bake in oven for 3 minutes.
Don't really need to follow the recipe exactly, you can change the ingredients by yourself. If you're a cheese lover, more cheese! It tastes nicer! Don't overbake the cheese, not nice >.< ! Try it out when you're free. :)
