Langkawi - Day 1

The starting of my jouney! I woke up early in the morning to prepare myself in order to reach Cien's house on time. We took a bus at Butterworth main bus station heading to Alor Setar bus station, another bus from the bus station to Kuala Kedah for ferry. 1.5 hours ferry ride, felt a bit uncomfortable because i didnt take a proper breakfast. >.<

We reached Langkawi Island after the 1.5 hours, there were so many malays asking whether we need taxi service or not. Ewww~ What in my mind was " siam Siam SIAMMM!! " (in Hokkien). Since we could only check in at 3pm, we took our lunch at KFC and took a walk around Eagle Square.




We rent an Unser from a Chinese. The Unser is superb ewww~ We thought Chinese should be ok to Chinese, but... When we got the Unser, it was dusty, dirty, and annoying! When i was about to switch on the aircond at the back, SCREAMMMM~ one baby cockcroach fell out!! We headed to Berjaya Langkawi Beach Resort, driven by Pung, it took 30 minutes from the jetty to the resort, it's just like from Penang Airport to Batu Ferringi. T.T damn far..
After we took bath and rested for awhile, we were starving again. Siang drove all the way to Kuah Town which needs 30mins drive again. We stopped by a restauant for dinner. It was nice! But quite expensive because we just ordered some normal dishes. Perhaps that's Langkawi. heh :)

It was Wei's 20th bithday! We hardly could find a Bakery in the town, and bought a Raspberry cake for her. When we were back to our room, before we celebrated Wei's birthday, we got complaints from our neighbour for twice! T.T We could only sang birthday song SOFTLY for Wei. We kept mentioning that she's already 20, we are just 19. Lol.. Wearing pyjamas to celebrate birthday, first time ever~ We had fun in our room too!
